荣格心理动力学等值原则 the principle of equivalence 是一种类似热力学第一定律或是能量守恒定律的用于描述心理值分配的理论。

即心理能 libido 不会凭空消失，只会无消耗地转移。其不仅会在意识各个结构之间转移，也可能从意识转移到个人无意识或集体无意识中。

在心理能转移过程中，心理结构的特征也会部分转移。

心理能所发生的是等值转移，未能被成功转移的能量就会从意识跑到无意识中去。
